Yep that's pretty accurate.
Speed Traps should also be titled "Killing fields" as that area of 45 in the 70 and 80s was a dumping ground for bodies...they made a movie about it too called Texas Killing fields...or some shit like that

Why not El Paso or Austin. I mean they have hood rats too just like any big city America, but everyone knows Houston is the LA of the South West. like South Central LA. its big, hot, muggy and slutty and violent.
Why don't you move to a nice bedroom community in Ga or West Va or some shit. -

My Job was in Houston...I was commuting from Rural Tejas. When I got divorced from Exwife #1 and let her live in the house and on MY 6 acres.. I decided I didn't like the 1 1/2hr commute so moved 10 mins from my job.
...that job then ended about a year later and I got another 1hr+ commute.
I'm currently looking for another piece of land to buy...2-10 acres...depending on location/price etc..within 1hr drive of Houston...probably west of Houston most likely.
It's convenient though living in the big city...when you can wake up at 3am and go buy an #6 zinc washer a few mins from the house...that's worth all the other bullshit. -
