dude released video to show what happened and gets a murder rap for it. he was the neighbor who followed along and video tapes the killing and he gets murder rap. multiple counts. they made it sound as if he was along for a lynching but he just wanted to document what was happening? unless the three of them were like "Wee haw, get a rope" and premeditated it I don't see how they gave him this sentence.

you came along to record an event and you are charged as an assessor. not even that, as a part of it. as if you pulled the trigger yourself. multiple accounts. the minimum he will get is 20 years but could get 20 years then another 20 and so on.

and to top it off, the Federal Government is going to also charge them with the same crimes in February next year.

the guy who shot him I can see being guilty of accessive behavior. maybe Manslaughter. the father who came along was also the same however didn't intend to bring the gun his son did.

but the man who shot the video was a neighbor. makes 0 sense. unless you can prove he was hoping the guy would be shot or encouraged to kill the guy, I don't see how this is a rightful judgment. it's crazy af.

Never release video. I think it fits into the Global One World Agenda of not documenting anything that happens from now on. You could be charged as an accessory to the crime?

Don't be helpful. you're more of a threat and a burden than a good samaritan. it's obvious af now.

fucking hell. just go about your own business and say nothing from now on. NOTHING!
He could of split and talked to his attorney and they would of probably told him "Don't release it, not because of your crazy neighbors getting nailed but because they will say you were a part of it"

how the fuck did we come to this moment? people who have premeditated murder (maybe not days of planning but looked at something they wanted to steal) get less time. I guess it depends on the judge, the jury and the state. why isn't it across the board nationally? this is fucking insane. document a crime of people you knew and followed and you're just as guilty. its not like he was filming a snuff film. he just chased after them to record what would happen. this really bugs me. don't fucking get involved for anything. You see someone breaking into a car or appears to be and it turns out to be their car and you call the police on it, they will say you were racist (if the person is of a different race) or you tried to swat the person. its insane. don't call anymore. unless its your own family and even then. fuck this world has gone to shit.

You know why he's guilty? He didn't try to stop them, that's how murder charges work.

If me and you leave my house to go make trouble and I kill someone while you watch or film you are an accessory to that murder and are charged the same.

There's this case where two girls and a guy bring this other girl to the scraggly woods and torture and kill her, but girl 2 didn't know about it beforehand, and didn't participate, but was there for the whole thing and didn't intervene.

She ended up simply testifying against the other 2 people, and ended up just getting like 6 years of probation for essentially witnessing a horrible violent murder and doing nothing about it.

Maybe the filmer dude should've struck some type of deal like that.

Only if you're in the same vehicle. He got in his own truck to see what was going to happen. He filmed his own demise instead of filming a crime he didn't expect would happen. if he had been a ride along, then I get it. and almost everytime this happens the person gets some lower criminal charge. at most, Manslaughter which is the lowest class offense of killing someone. like if you hit someone while drunk or something. you don't usually get a huge amount of years for it.

He was in his own car/truck and he brought a camera to film for the police in case something like what happen had happened. or even if the black guy pulled a gun out and kill one of them (or both or all three, the police may have come across it and had evidence).

that's all it was. he was not with them. he was observing and following a potential crime going on. I mean the guy did tresspass. He didn't deserve to be shot. but he also tried to fight the guys with a gun. he should of just kept walking or running and told them to leave him alone. the moment they grabbed him it was now false imprisonment. though that itself could be argued. depending on the state. Ga sounds more like California. you can't hold a criminal who violated another person's property. but texas you could (apparently)

all the guy did was follow along with a video camera. there in no way could have been a premeditated act to shoot or lynch the guy. since it happened in real-time. so the figurative lynching rule did not apply. and people carry guns in their trucks in some of these southern states. again, that was a bit overboard what the father and son did but it's crazy af to blame the third guy.

"You didn't intervene" I mean why the fuck would you. If they're going to kill that person they will now kill you too to rid a witness knowing you wanted nothing to do with this crazy crime taking place.
Just being there isn't always an accessory to the crime that is happening. If that is the case, then everytime someone stabs or shoots or beats someone to death at a party, every fucking person in the party should all get murder charges against them. Imagine everytime you have 200 highschool or college kids at a party where someone gets murdered, everyone gets charged for being there. just being there.

you didn't know what the fuck was about to take place. its crazy the guy got that many charges. Multiple ones. and ffs he's now going to face Federal Charges with Father and Son as well.

what the frick you get in toruble for filming your own murder thats fucked up. Democrats don't even care that they cost Americans their lives and livelihoods, so it only makes sense that they don't care, if they destroy industries and end our way of life.

he deserve every milimeter of the shaft hes getting because this whole thing was his, i repeat HIS fault.

the case would have gone away quietly as just another case of natural nigger selection like the way nature intended if it wasnt for his "documentary evidence".
