Those are 5 jokers. Meaning he's cheating. The 2 jokers are used in some card games. Jokers are Wild. He has 5 so he can call all aces because they're wild. If his jokers existed as 5 to a stack, he would win. However
If he was dealing a multi stack from a card shoe, and it was say 5 card poker. A's high and 5 stacks with joker inside, he could pull that. But those stack shoes probably have no jokers. -

A Joker is a Jester. He wears that claw n bell style hat. Bells hanging from the "claws" of the hat. The card character is wearing a Jesters Bell and Claw hat. Confirming they are jokers
The Jack is the "Bower". He is a kings official announcer. They are usually the Townes Crier as well.
Two different characters.

Except for Tarot. Tarot has 20 extra cards called The Major Arcana. The other ones are The Minor Arcana, and they have 4 suits as well. But not hearts, diamonds, clubs and clovers it has wands, chalices, pentacles and swords. No jokers, but The Major Arcana does have The Fool.
