You can smoke all the weed you want for all I care! Actually sometimes when I'm outside I can just smell the weed coming from a distance because some guys like to smoke it outside. I used to smoke weed as well when I was in high school. -

LOL. I have never seen someone smoke that. Well, except for one time when I was in high school. Basically I was hanging out in the town of my high school and more specifically in a park and we were just filming something for class and there was some white dude watching us from afar. Everyone except me was white, by the way. Anyway I dunno how but we started talking and basically he was saying he is smoking crack right now and he was warning us all not to ever smoke crack like him. I now remember he said he just got out of jail or escaped from it and he was on the run from the cops or something. I remember looking into his eyes and his pupils were super dilated. Normally I forget things so it's funny to see I remembered the last portion and this story overall. -

if you're walking by it just looks like someone trying to light a cig, I even saw two old ladies having a chat completely oblivious that a guy was SMOKING FREEBASE COCAINE literally right behind them
but i'm sure most people would perceive that as a crime taking place,, I guess if you're not into drugs it's harder to spot.
I don't think that should be a crime though
