    The only way you can sue them if HTS accidentally chokes on it and dies.

    You could, probably though, contact the manufacturer and lie to them that you have kids, and that those holes are actually so that kids don't choke if the candy gets stuck in their throats, and that you are upset. They might send you some free shit.
