As the touch screen is part of the phone...and the touchscreen is broken..then the phone is not FULLY functional...as one of it's primary interfaces...aka the effing touch screen doesn't work.

People like to think capitalism is all just evil big bucks fat cat magnates that get a thrill molesting the earth and destroying lives but actually they are just normal folx that like to drive boats and go golfing and they don't want contamination leaks or explosions either because that means less profit for them.
People just want a knee jerk reaction to every little thing like OH NO SOMEONE GOT HURT AT WORK BAN THIS CHEMICAL ITS DANGEROUS but these problems would sort themselves out better more effectively if left to their own organic devices. The free market has a history of solving the world's problems while the government just fucks everything up and gets in the way.
The oil monopolies in the early 1900s would have worked themselves out eventually without government action. If you ask me they didn't really do anything because only a small handful of companies control the entire world.
The only reason they are able to hold onto their power and market share is because of government regulations. It's a stacked deck because of lobbyists who make it so the big get bigger and everyone else has to keep up. I don't blame the lobbyists though. Why wouldn't you pay money for favorable treatment if you could? That makes them smart.
It's the governments fault for existing in the first place. They should just be another corporation that sells drugs and alcohol and instead of us paying them they should be paying us bitch put my money to work fuck Africa and Israel let's sling some cocaine to Americans -

For now it does. It's just a bandaid, we are long overdue for conflict. Wars used to be countries fighting for resources and politics, now there is enough for everyone so we fight for wealth through capitalism in the international markets.
Something we've never really seen is large scale conflict for wealth. Maybe a little bit with colonialism and the East India company.
There will come a day when technology and wealth will reach a point where there won't be a need for taxes or government. Like with self driving cars, I think technology like that has the potential to reduce government spending for things like traffic laws. Isn't that the point of technology to make things easier for everyone?
You wouldn't even need street signs or traffic lights which is how things used to be.
