    My own personal experience
    
    For example, Californians are extremely arrogant and self-absorded but that place is a total shithole.
    Places like Carmel shit on anything you can find in coastal states, a place like that in Cali would cost tens of millions.
    Life here is relaxed, safe, affordable and everyone is happy.
    Also we hardly have any niggers or mexicans.
