Or if they're not smacking them, jogging with them, and the dog clearly doesn't want to be running that whole time, so they're just dragging it along.
People don't realize that only a few breeds of dog have as much endurance as a human. Most dogs burn out really fast so taking them running is just retarded. -

He's only mentally crippled though and he abuses animals. The idiot yesterday I could tell had something really wrong with him. Like I've seen people beca lil heavy handed and tank the leash a lil hard and that's not cool at all but this guy was purposefully just being a dick and seemed really out there.
I've always taken care of animals and so has my family I grew up on a parot ranch and have seen baby birds do a death rattle in my mom's hands and watch her cry that's why not only was I bothered by this idiot acting like a freak but my friend looking really nervous seeing that. The guy was a dick and I was messed up just enough to where I didn't mind thinking for a few seconds if I should go over there far from the first time I've ever done something like that -

When my cat bubba died a few years back I wouldn't let the vet cremate him with the ashes of other cats I took his body home out him in the fridge, dug a hole during the day and buried him at night after work at the park behind me while my mom was telling me I should of just had him cremated but no I should just throw him in the trash to avoid any kind of trouble burrying him in the park but I'm not like that and can't do that

Yeah, a proper burial is a good thing. I always do that for dead animals I find. Last one was a large rat snake. What did Fina/Fona do? -

I guess nothing too bad and I agrued with him for it a bit but I just know so many women like chell that want a dog but don't like that its slobbering all over you when you're trying to sleep ect.. Like I just don't see the point if I don't have a back yard (I don't even have a balcony where I live) to let the dog out while I'm gone for lengths of time. And so they took the dog back after a few days because they didn't like the dog ruining their new place.. Thats what dogs kinda do and if they are both at work what else are they going to do but fuck the place up because of their anxiety.
When I got archie, he was the only cat that wasn't content being overweight having 17 nipples and just sucking from a straw but archie a skinny lil gont came up to me and was like "derpadew??!" and I took him home and donated to the shelter even though they didn't require a donation. They told me that he had someone adopt him but had him for 2 weeks and brought him back because he begged too much for food and was beating up their toddler (toddlers are brats to cats) and I said the brat probably deserved it..
I've known a bunch of girls that go to work all day and keep their dog in kennels which I'm sure they adapt too a bit but to me it just seems like jail.. when they should be running around outside and doing whatever or at least having someone there to walk them around.
I met this one girl online a couple years back that had 5 fucking dogs, her name was "pup girl" or some shit like that and she took me to her place and damn you couldn't even get up for a drink of water or use the toilet with out all of them barking their heads off and she would just yell at them to shut up, its like whats even the point, she was weird anyways she would only let me bang her if she could keep her shirt on.. and I didn't even bang her that time i went to her place finally, I couldn't fucking sleep. And she didn't have a roomie or anyone to watch the dogs so they all just stayed in cages all day or when she had a guy over evidently.
And a couple of these dog owners both guys and women they've asked for my help to go find them and I always did locate them.. Archie is a young cat and crazier than bubba because bubba was old but he wont run too far because he knows where his home is.
It was really unfortunately I used to live with this girl years ago and she had a daushaundel and I was a huge junkie at the time and only worked at nights so I'd watch him during the day and walk him all the time because he was so full of lyfe, and when I split with her and got my own place she was just too tired from working all the time and had cancer and he just ran out like the dumb lil pup he was and got hit by a car, pretty tragic really. It's mostly a woman thing i've noticed to have dogs but put them in kennels while they are away at work, its such a common practice these days that you're considered off if you think they should be let out. It's like on tier with giving your 4 year old melatonin just to fuck off.
