I'm viewing food as drugs now, because that's what it is. food withdrawal is easily ridden out.
I bought heavy whipping cream, I'm going on a modified hi fat diet, but with enough protein too prevent muscle loss/make more when necessary.
Karbs out be xtended release form, and vitamin filld. I'm gonna be pushing the limits on multivitamins bc I'm basically gonna rely on that for many of my nutrients. I don't think it's POSSIBLE to get all of your DV% of every nutriet without supplementation.
Potassium is like 5% in lots of foods, but it is HARD to get very much potassium unless you're planning every meal for it. Getting enough molbdenum? how about copper, zinc, and tin? Manganese? Basically all of the minerals are not gotten without multis.
Fat keeps you fuller for longer.

I lost 100 lbs by going full OCD mode. I think I may have been one of those rare male anorexics.
I made it a game to see how few calories I could consume in a day. And then I would try to beat that record the following day.

Are there calories in water?
What's up with the word recreation? Google tells me it's activity done for enjoyment when you're not working. I don't like that. What if you ARE working and you also enjoy it? Is it still recreation?
What's the difference between recreation and re-creation?
