I said I would start working out every day, and really make some positive changes to my life.
It wasn't bullshit! I haven't skipped a work out since. One whole month of sticking to a workout routine, eating the right amount of calories, having my vitamins, supplements, etc.
I've noticed a change in my body. I'm more toned. But it's only been a month. The seeds have been planted though, and in the upcoming months, if I keep at it I'll be lookin' pretty nice.
