   Check your pocketchange because i think someone could have purposefully been making sure that i recieve a bunch of 1996 quarters but also a 1997 ( sequential year obviuosly ) and the rest is mostly state/commemerative quarters but strangely there is a seemingly random 1988 as well which i don't see how it fits in to this.
   
   Let me guess, you're just going to say that 96 and 97 were "big production" years for quarters or something
