    Well they tried to open a dispensary on the native res here. They thought they were their own nation and could sell what they grow. Gov't proved them wrong shut them down real quick. They can't do that to the dial-a-dealers so easily. That's what this is, after the gov't legalized the dial-a-dealers came back, just this time with websites.
