   What do Indian scammers do with those Google Play cards they receive?
   
   I am sure they need to redeem the card to an account, but what do they do from there?
   
   Do they buy an app that they themselves are selling from another account?
   
   I know that some apps allow purchases to be made using Google Play store credit and I can buy apps using my Boost Mobile account's credit.
   
   What are these indians doing¿

   They don't transfer the balance, they sell the redemption codes at like 20-50% of the face value

   They would need to sell it fast or else the victim could just redeem it once they know they were scammed.
   
   Are you sure they are not redeeming it and then using the credit for something else¿

   Yeah I haven't been directly involved with it, Soph might be able to talk more about the mechanics, I just know the trade is there. I suspect that once they're deposited the cards can't be canceled

   Yes, I did read somewhere that the cards can not be canceled once redeemed.
   
   I think they could make more than 20-50% by buying apps from themselves.
