I have a disease that i have never told anyone other than Chell about. (not even my mom)

I sometimes get a little cold
And my brain sometimes gets confused and goes into some sorta hyperthermia survival mode where even though it may be 85 degrees my body will shut blood flow to my extremities to protect the vitals.

    Like today at work.

Or here from walking on a cold floor.

For whatever reason my body is more often that not cold (even if its not cold).

It is all very confusing but it is called Raynaud's Syndrome.

    Raynaud syndrome https://g.co/kgs/XqbWhX

You know that feeling when your hands thaw out from being outside throwing snowballs?
That at first numb and then that painfully stinging sensation...

I can experience that from grabbing a soda from the fridge.

I try to hide it but i had to tell Chell because she wanted to know why i come to bed snuggling like a cold shopping cart

Im boney and have Raynaud's Syndrome.

A chronically split nail? No way, thatโ€™s as bad as it gets. You may need some counseling for PTSD.๐Ÿ˜†
