   Long story short SWIM does not tolerate dexamp in any form, yet meth keeps him concentrated and not tweaky at all. I'm sure if he only did a little hit he'd be ok to sleep

   I don't anymore, I'm down to about 10 of them. Also because Vyvanse doesn't have levoamp in it like Adderall which is what causes most of the overstimulation effects and physical side effects. Vyvanse isn't as strong as most think, a 70 is equivalent to like 25 mg of dexamp released over ~12 hours. A single 30 mg Adderall has 22.5 mg of dexamp.

    It doesn't make it harder to concentrate, you just have to know how to guide yourself towards productive tasks. It's a tool in treatment, not a cure-all. You have to engage yourself in constructive activities and not indulge in dopamine oriented shit.
