2019-09-21 at 4:50 PM UTCWith all the alcohol I consume and the sedentary lifestyle you would think I would be worse off than you all, but from the sound of it it sounds like you will all be dead soon and I will still be here.
What are your diets like
Do you people ever exercise
Do you take vitamins -
2019-09-21 at 4:54 PM UTCDo you ever exercise? Do you take vitamins?
Also I thought you quit toxic alcohol? -
2019-09-21 at 4:56 PM UTCI don't take any vitamins, simply because I have no need for it. A lot of my diet is steamed. It includes vegetables, all sorts of dough and meat. Usually in dumpling form.
For exercise, my former lifestyle has taken a toll on me. I can't get rid of the habits. PT every morning at wake-up. PT every evening at sleep.
I so happen to consume alcohol, nicotine and the occasional (once every six months) methylenedioxymethamphetamine 3,4 crystal. I do notice the effects, especially with nicotine, but a good diet and constant PT seems to offset it.
I really want to quit smoking, but right now, it'd mean I'll have to find something else to relieve stress. While I could take more crystals, it's not as widely accepted by society as smoking. And while drinking is also a viable alternative, you yourself know how poisonous that solution is. I usually reserve drunk time to weekends and off-days. -

2019-09-21 at 5:02 PM UTCOn topic: I eat very healthy for 2/3 meals then allow whatever for dinner. Sometimes healthy, sometimes not. My staples are raw broccoli, red garlic rice with kale/peppers and beans, plain greek yogurt with microwaved frozen fruit, lots of fruit, canned albacore tuna, hardly eat sugar. I workout 5/7 days of the week and almost never drink. I have quit all drugs other than lysergamides.

2019-09-21 at 5:15 PM UTCI just looked up MDMA.
Check this out, they’re using it in clinical trials for PTSD, and other mental problems. Interesting, and only in the US it says.

Yup. I use it in the same vein. It helps me stay relatively sane. -
2019-09-21 at 5:20 PM UTCThere’s a place in that article where you can sign up for the clinical trials.

Yes and yes
I go for walks (when I lived at my grandparents), I used to do 200 pushups and squats a day (before spine surgery) and I take a regimen of vitamins every morning.
I'll quit alcohol in the 2020s. -

Make sure to eat plenty of meat
Pure vegan diets are not healthy for humans, we're carnivores. -

tbh I would be interested in trying MDMA but only in a small enough dosage that would have an effect but wouldn't get me addicted or give me a seizure.
and for mental health reasons not recreational -

I never said I was. As for being humble ... We're on NIS. And you're the one person who constantly berates everybody for being "plebes". So ... Pot, this is Kettle, how copy? -

2019-09-21 at 5:30 PM UTCI used to exercise quite heavily before spine surgery
Now not such much because it physically and mentally hurts to go outside and I can no longer do pushups (my back makes these loud popping sounds) so I'm waiting for when we can afford to buy a treadmill and pullup bar. -
2019-09-21 at 5:31 PM UTCbut yes I am taking vitamins and I have vegetables along with boiled eggs for breakfast every morning
