I don’t think I’ve ever frozen left overs. If I cook it, it goes into the fridge, and if it’s not eaten within 3 days, it gets trashed. If it’s carry out, it’ll get pitched that day, if not eaten. I like buying bulk food/meats, vacuum sealing them, and freezing them. I know it’s different when you’re only cooking for one. I cooked for one for 11 years.
Reality is....I rarely cooked for myself.

We ate brats last night that had been in our deep freeze for awhile. I wish I had vacuum sealed them, they had freezer burn.
