Am I the only one that gets this error?

   I'm trying to swap out my old phone for a new one but I get this error in both FireFox and Chrome. Even in private/incognito mode with all extensions off, I get this error.

   I get a weird loop where it appears to be switching back and forth between URLS. The URL is the one below.

   Is it just me?
