    worth it?

My ipod classics are DoA and I'm suspicious of anything Fiio (I bought a portable amp from them that is absolute shit)

I wanna get one of these maybe and a 256gb sd card and fill it up with the jams
this works with portable dac/amps too so I could jam out on the go with my 650s ^_^

Fiio's ace, I had an X3 and it was amazing until it went in a storm drain

I've also got an iBasso (also recommended, more expensive though) but have just been using my phone for the most part because there's a problem with the screen.

The Sony NWs are nice but tend to be very expensive for what they are... That looks alright though, not a Z

What is wrong with your iPods?

I just repaired/upgraded an iPod. Installed an SSD in it and replaced the stock battery with a higher capacity one.

Honestly, Apple makes a lot of shit products (most iMacs, most Macbook Pros/Airs, phones) but the two things they do very well are the iPad and the iPod (I favor the classics). There is no reason to look at any other MP3 player whatsoever.

I ended up getting a fiio x3 again, there aren't many players that aren't covered in enormous touchscreens anymore

Dunno how you can like ipods but not iphones, they're virtually the same thing now
