    Onions are one of the few things I can't eat. Lately I have been going to a Mexican place to practice Spanish and get their salsa verde.
    
    You should try making sofrito or however you spell it for marinating. I would try but idk where to get all the shit. It generally has onions too but I don't count it for marinating and probably would skip it for mine.
