they're rare in history yet they have been popping up more and more in just the last 21 years.
Water is sinking. it could be a huge warning sign that tectonic plate movement is happening at a much faster pace. brining more and more earthquakes in the pacific rim of fire. even though they are closer to the eastern hemisphere.
In California there was stories of the delta region outside of Sacramento and Stockton of land sinking slowly. some 20 feet in the last 30 years. not a funnel like this very quickly but the entire region used to be 10 feet above the levy highways is now 10 feet below the levy highways. they believe the water underneath is disappearing or drying out or leaking out somewhere else.
my guess is tectonic activity is busting open tunnels underneath and water leaks out and into the ocean a hundred miles away or is being pulled below the crust.
that cant be good. fresh water will lead to water wars and wars between nations -

But apparently since the island is volcanic you get these lava tubes all over the place sometimes they're close to the surface and when the surface falls in they call it a skylight. Maybe it's a ginormous skylight because Russia's landmass is basically an ancient ginormous flood basalt.
That's my armchair geologist take.
At any rate, i would prefer not to fall in and find out what's at the bottom. Abyssus abyssum invocat. -

and yeah. a lot of high rise apartment buildings would still have a few hundred feet of space above them and totally in the dark. assuming anyone would live. but it would probably be like the WTC collapsing. I think a city block got swallowed in South America somewhere. Like Chili or some shit. -

No i think a controlled demolition would feel like free fall then hard cut to black. Oh yeah and then you still need thousands of citizens to inhale the asbestos particulates only to die of mesothelioma a decade or so on. -

also weird fact. 343 Fire Fighters died that day. thats 7x7x7 which is seen as Trinity which three cross shape pieces of WTC 1 or 2 aluminum siding stood in the shape of 3 crosses. and a Church next to them stood barely damaged while things all around it were crushed -
